I’m in the process of replacing my old security camera system. I ordered the 4 camera sentinal system to try it out on one location. The system is everything as advertised. I couldn’t be more pleased with this system.In addition, another plus in doing business with this company is the great support they provide. For free!!! I had a little trouble connecting to the DVR from a remote computer and called the support line. The young lady helping me actually took control of the system on line and in a few minutes it was up and running. I plan on buying at least 2 more of these system for other locations. You can’t go wrong here.

Defender Sentinel9 BEST Survellience Camera Security System

The title says it all! I just purchased this security system last month on Amazon. Shipping was super fast and the box arrived in perfect, excellent condition. Opening the box was exciting! The 19 inch monitor is very attractive and enormous! The 4 included cameras look very hi-tech and the recording hard drive is conveniently built into the monitor. Installing the entire system was also a breeze. The product came with everything you need (cables, cameras, monitor, instructions, software, etc.). The best part of the Sentinel9 is the internet capabilities. This is the main reason I bought this system, so I can watch over my small business anywhere, anytime. Customer service was great! They helped me connect the cameras to the internet through their customer service web live-chat located on their website. In conclusion, this is my third surveillance system and by far the best. The camera resolution is extremely high quality, watching my store over the internet gives me peace of mind, and customer service actually helps! Highly recommended!

cameras kinda weak, port 80 issues

The camaras are a bit weak. More importantly there seems to be some issue with ISP’s not allowing teh use of port 80. I don’t know what the heck a lot of that means but…… what it meant for me was, I was not able to view these cameras over the internet unless you install the software on each computer you want to view from. Not that big of a deal for me. Customer service was great depending on who you talk to. I’m going with better cameras next time
